Android Lollipop Based Micromax Canvas Juice 2 Launched; Specs and Features

After almost a year of launching the first Canvas Juice phone, Micromax has come out with its successor now. Like most other Micromax devices, this one too is a mid-range device targeted towards the budget audience. Micromax Canvas Juice 2 wasn’t officially announced by the company but is already available with selected retailers in the market and also on #-Link-Snipped-#.

Let’s look at the specs and features of the phone. The phone has a 5-inch HD IPS display protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3. The exact details of the processor are yet unknown and the only information that is currently available is that the phone has a 1.3 GHz quad core processor and the RAM of the phone is a whopping 2 GB. The internal memory of the phone is a mere 8 GB but is expandable via microSD card.

The phone has an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and 2 MP front camera. The phone is dual-sim (GSM + GSM) and under connectivity it offers 3G, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth and FM Radio. It does not offer the NFC facility in connectivity. The battery of the device is 3000 mAh and is expected to offer 9 hours of talktime and 435 hours of standby time. Among all the specs, the most that will work in its favour is that it comes with pre-installed Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.

The phone is available in silver colour for a mere Rs 9,100 via eBay and it comes with 1 year of warranty. Except NFC, the phone is offering almost everything you’d expect from a smartphone including the latest Android OS. With such a budget price, the phone seems to be great offer from Micromax.
