A Question on Buck converter

Hi all,

What happens if the input voltage of the buck converter goes below the output voltage? i.e output voltage is same as the previous?
For eg: Iam having Buck converter with Vin=30V, Vout=24V. what is the status of the output if Vin=20V?

There is a formula given to govern the op of any buck or boost converter

Just play with them a little more and this is really simple to understand as well

Pls post here if you need more help from our end
