2015 BMW 6 Series Gran Coupé Facelift Introduced In India At INR 1.16 Crore

BMW India has launched the facelift version of the 2015 BMW 6 Series Gran Coupé in an event in New Delhi. Featuring a top speed of 250 km/h and an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/hr in just 5.4 seconds, the new sedan is powered by a 3.0 liter 6-cylinder diesel engine (paired to an 8-speed transmission to the rear wheels) that produces 313 hp at 4,400 rpm and 630 Nm of torque between 1,500-2,500 rpm. Design wise, there are the elongated bonnet, focused LED headlights and elaborated crease lines that stand out. The brilliant white color such as the one shown in the picture below brings impressive combo of light and shade.

The BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe 640d Eminence variant is priced at Rs. 1,14,90,000, whereas the 640d Design Pure Experience variant is priced at Rs. 1,21,90,000.

The car features 19 inch light alloy wheels in multi-spoke style 616, a new kidney grille and a redesigned bumper. On the interiors, there is a 10.25 inch multifunctional instrument display, a new sports leather steering wheel, a 40:60 split-folding rear seat backrest making the luggage compartment expand from 460 litres to max. 1,265 litres, standard Dakota and exclusive Nappa leather upholstery in Black and Ivory White combination and gear selector lever with Driving Experience Control.
