Question Chemical & Civil Engineering Sections

Hello CEans!

We have a pretty good bunch of Chemical & Civil Engineers. Yet we do not have a dedicated sub-forums for these engineering trades.

Before we introduce a section, we need at least 2-3 discussion threads related to these trades. For these sections to become a reality on CE forums, we will need active CEans who are willing to take initiative to start discussion threads related to Chemical & Civil engineering.

Anyone willing to volunteer? Post your ideas, issues & concerns in this thread!

I will try to be active on Electrical Engineering section. I think we need more cross trade discussions. That is Electrical Engineers interacting with Mechanical or Computer Engineers. We also need discussions on medical engineering. Do we have engineers related to medical field?

I'll be busy for few more days though .

Rick

Hi Rick!

We have a good bunch of Bio Medical engineers as well. The only thing which stops us from introducing new section is the limited content. We need to focus on getting content. As I said earlier, introducing a new sub-section is no big deal.

Thumbs up

Chemical & Civil engineering sections will be a great addition to CE forums. I have not seen such discussions anywhere else.

Civil & Chemical engineers! CE needs your votes!

That's perfect. We still need replies from Chemical & Civil engineers. I guess the "Feedback & Announcement" sections are usually skipped by members.

Shall we move this discussion to Technical Discussions section for a while?

Hello! I'm a sound engineer! I think its a good idea to have more trade specific sections. I hope to see a section for sound engineering.
