    Sir, i wish to prepare a paper presentation on variable valve lift. From where i can get detailed study of it. i mean i wish to study each and every aspect of it in details.

    you search for "variable valve actuation" in google. A lot of information is available. If u could understand the valve timing diagrams and its basics,you can easily work with the mechanism to improve the efficiency of the engine.

    if you study and follow the technologies the companies have been using you will be able to to do a presentation and make some comparisons with the benefits and the area where a particular technology lacks.( BMW's valvetronic, hondas VTEC etc.).
