Default Equivalent Circuit of VCO, Help Plz?

Hello dear friends, I am new here so seeking your help. I am making Equivalent circuit of Voltage Controlled Circuit-VCO. If some one has worked on it or can help me I shall be very thankful. Thanks

One simple way is to design a Hartley oscillator. Instead of a fixed capacitor you can use a Varicap diode whose capacitance changes with the input voltage, in turn changing the tuned frequency of the oscillator.

You have a VCO !
