By a long conversation behind.. I think they all covered almost all points. But, i like to say that India is not a labour country but a country where people work applying their intelligence more than in any other country. As we are very casual and friendly all others have taken advantage of these...

But there is no match for intelligence in terms of salary... So, there is always a scarcity of salary to the way we apply intelligence...
