I also thought of the crainial implant idea but didn't want to sound like I've seen too many Star Trek episodes! That will be the next point after muscular triggered electrode. I do think the software will be able to decipher homonyms at that point or else the operator would adjust the pronunciation (along the same idea of chat slang/abreviations being different then how we speak socially).
