Should social networking sites be banned in offices & colleges?

I'm not really fond of using those social networking sites. I only log on for necessity! I believe the rate of my logins is once a month.

I certainly agree with that, Students waste a hell lot of time finding friends.

Engineers usually kill a lot of time in their university days and these sites have added to all that.
