Question ITIL V2 vs V3

Anyone tried ITIL v3 Certification or Implementation ?

I am not sure if after a year of ITIL V3 where it is heading. Any ITIL experts on CE ?

Trying to figure out how the ITIL V3 implementation vs V2 implementation (difficult / complex / costly ) ?

Also same with V2 vs V3 certifications ? Which one is easier ? Which one is more beneficial for immediate purpose ?
