Don't forget AntiVir! Its free too.

If possible, I'd vote for that & AVG together. Using both at the same time gives you a peace of mind

Hey friendster, good point with Avast! its free as well

As of now though, my vote goes with NOD32. Extremely lightweight.

Yeah its an antivirus Sofware mostly used in offices. It also comes Sify Broadband package. This is the only antivirus that removes brontek virus effectively.

my vote is for NOD32 and kaspersky if i have 2 options to vote...[]....
these will not effect the system performance...

Although I do use & like McAfee, my favorite because it works well, nice interface and is free is Lavasoft ad-aware. Other items I like are Spybot s&d and cwshredder.
