The concept is god & has a business potential, but are you serious about it? I personally do not know if there is any channel which does this?

Kind of a tongue-in-cheek response here (hope you dont mind it), but the very first thought that sprang to my mind was this -

The Target group of this news channel would keep on dwindling if the news channel is doing its proper job, right? So, would the TRP rating of this channel drop? And if it does, then how would it get advertisements?

So, essentially, the channel would need a demand-supply disparity of jobs to survive viz., people seeking employees would be needed and people seeking jobs would be needed. If both the needs are properly met by the channel (at a lower cost vis-a-vis newspapers), then, the $100 question is, can it sustain this disparity?
