Default Special surprise for IEEE student members

Guys.. have you checked your mail lately? Free software licenses (for education & research purposes) from Microsoft.. from around 50 different titles. Such good folks!

Has anyone got them yet? If this is true, its a blessing for students who's university do not have student licenses to MS software like Win XP/Vista/Visual studio.

To qualify, you must have a graduation date of 2009 or beyond.

For more info, check here:
IEEE - Microsoft Software Offer for IEEE Student members

Hope this isnt considered spam

No this isn't spam. Ash, can we partner with IEEE to spread the word? You're an active member of IEEE, as far as know.

Well.. not so active unfortunately! Haven't been to a regional IEEE meet as of yet, hehe. In fact, I'm not even sure what the IEEE members in my own uni are up to.. they seem very quiet!

But coincidently, one senior IEEE member from another university came over for a seminar on Wireless communications. I got his contact.. so maybe I can drop an e-mail to him.

[EDIT]
Biggie, are you a IEEE member?
