Well the recruitment procedure is the same, i attended it on July 2008. it consisted of two sections , analytical and verbal. The personal interview was purely based on my CV.

I remember, in 2003, Infosys recruitment procedure revolved a lot around solving analytical/aptitude questions & puzzles. Candidates successful in written test were asked to appear for personal interview.

I am placed in Infosys .I was asked questions mostly from my RESUME.
1).Questions based on hObbies
2).Puzzles from Shakuntla devi(thats a book of puzzles)
3).Why Infosys??
4).I was asked to speak continuosuly for 2 mins on Valentine's Day!!??
and some other questions from resume
Atlast the interviewer told me if i wanted to ask him something..
Thats all!

Question # 4 is crap. I hate such questions being asked in Interview. Total waste of time.
