Yep our previous record of adding 1000 members in 11 days. We did it in exact 240 hours this time [that's exact 10 days, not a minute more, not a minute less!]

Agreed!

The biggest problem [err... challenge ] we have is to have more active CEans. Its true that we get lot of referrals from our existing CEans. We'll need to have more interesting discussions as well as projects happening through CE Forums.

So, if anyone among us has hidden ideas, feel free to share them on CE. You never know which idea will bang!
