but with globalisation for eg. walmart coming to india think about the massive employment it creates ... at the stores, managing the stores, logistics of goods .... globalisation leads the develping closer to the developed and it is the govt in poer to realise this and enable full scale privatization and globalisation which will result in producing more skilled HR
