Ah, thats not what I meant biggie :P Of course we can always use MRI techniques and neuro implants (with MEMS) to measure brain signals.
I meant it on a more general level. If I know what you think already before you even think it, then I dont need to communicate with you. I don't need to put sensors in your brain even.
Humans would not need to communicate with each other if there was no randomness
