Person who is in college and has interest in robotics should be eligible. Therefore the lower limit should be 18 years. No upper limit

- Membership fee limit
How about Rs. 350 annually for students and Rs. 550 for professionals.

Some books or reading materials on the subject at special discounts.
Organization of workshops, lectures and Industrial Visits
Subscription to a monthly magazine about OSIR's activities and plans.
Participation by OSIR in various college festivals.
OSIR can also start competitions, where there should be an entry fees. Each person or team willing to participate will have to register by giving 20% of the competition fee(a non refundable amount), the rules of the competition shall be provided to them. On the day of the competition the remaining fee will be paid. After the competition some prizes for the winners. Participation certificates to all. And food and drink. All this may be organised from the money recieved from the entry fee. Also we can ask for sponsorship for these functions

- Suitable Chapter level in each country (city or state or national)
Each state should have a chapter. Separate chapters for Metro Cities. A group of administrators to head them.
Different state chapters can be combined to form a North Zone, South Zone, West Zone, East and central. The administration will have one person from each state zone or metro zone.
One national zone whose administration will include a member each from north, south, east...etc zones.

- What members can get here? aka activities of the club
Again, I repeat, Organization of workshops and Industrial Visits.
We can also have fun trips or picnics once every two months but for this the members will have to pay a fees to participate.

- Why this organization is needed? aka what other such clubs lack in, which can be fulfilled here
It will be a good thing to have a separate Robotics Club

- Powers, Functioning and number of members of administering board
All administrators will be chosen by the members and from the members. Different duties can be given to different members of administration. One can take care of the finance. A president, a vice president, General Secretary...etc. This should be done at all levels.

- How can OSIR monitor Chapter’s activities and misuse of funds and incentives by members?
The administrators will have to publish the financial record of each month in the magazine and about their activities. Each member of administration should be chosen for 18 months after which elections to be held again. This way if the members feel someone is cheating ten he will be removed. Also the main OSIR body will have the power to send a member for a surprise visit in any chapter and if the things are not going according to plan then OSIR may dissolve the said chapter and start a new election.
